Herb & Cheese Filled Bread
I baked a braided loaf of bread. It has white and whole wheat flours with rosemary in the dough, and the center of each braid strand contains a vein of cheese, thyme and rosemary.
I sprinkled some Trader Joe's Hawaiian Red Sea Salt on top:

that is a beautiful piece of baking right there. frankly i am a bit jealous, but not in a malicious way, more in an impressed and respectful way.
Oh yeah. I have a special place in my heart for stuffed bread things. Very nice. How did it taste?
