Mom's handwritten recipe doesn't call for kneading...but I've always assumed that you do.
Lovely as always. I have some flaxseed-rye sourdough proofing overnight in the kitchen right now.
Beautiful. Is it just wheat flour?
Meant to ask: Do you and Lindsey like sweet breads? Do you mind raisins?
This particular loaf consists of King Arthur All-Purpose Flour, Fleischmanns's Instant Yeast, salt, olive oil and Raleigh tap water.
We love sweet breads, and we love all manner of trocken obst.
