And I made bruschetta. Lindz toasted some home-made bread for this.


It's been a rainy, hot sauna here in Raleigh of late (preceded by a comparatively dry spell). The plants seem to like it.

A few things are better than homegrown tomatoes and basil, but only a few.
They also work well in a grilled sandwich, with mozzarella and a slice of onion.
The red color of that tomato makes my mouth water. You must have the ideal greenhouse environment for them.
